How does the launch discount work?
It comes off automatically at checkout — there is no code to enter. It runs for your first twelve months, after which the subscription renews at the list price shown struck through on each card.
What do I actually save by paying yearly?
A year costs ten months. Standard is $80 a month or $800 a year, Premium $120 or $1,200, Max $300 or $3,000 — so two months are free, every year, not just the first. The launch discount comes off on top of that for the first year.
Does the owner use up a seat?
No. Standard is two users plus the owner, Premium five plus the owner, Max fifteen plus the owner. The seat count is what you can invite on top of yourself.
What exactly does Standard not include?
Four things: panel design, rack design, the AI target-price optimiser, and AI room detection on an uploaded drawing. You can still import a drawing on Standard and draw the rooms over it yourself, and the AI assistant still helps you design the project — it just will not create the rooms for you.
What happens when I change plan?
The new plan takes effect immediately, and your seat and project limits change with it. Stripe works out the proration, so you only pay the difference for the rest of the current period.
What happens when the trial ends?
Access pauses until you choose a plan — nothing is deleted and nothing is charged. Your projects, catalogue and quotations are exactly where you left them.
How do I cancel?
Through Manage billing above, which opens Stripe's own portal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Where are my invoices?
In that same Stripe portal. Every invoice is stored there and emailed to you when it is charged.
Is the price per user?
No — it is per company. Everyone on the plan is included at no extra cost per person.
